It all began with a woman called Jodie Salt – and just like her name she is the salt of the earth. 

I randomly came across her while “retreat shopping”. My first retreat ticked all the boxes, in Bali,  a no-brainer. And the fact I love supporting women-owned businesses. 

She and her business partner Claire Gregory run women-only global retreats that provide a dose of rejuvenation and adventure. We met on Zoom for a debrief and that was my first contact after making payment in full to a complete stranger. But my gut was telling me it was the right thing to do. And as I’ve gotten to know Jodie over the past 18 months, not only do I admire her passion for female empowerment, her business smarts but she’s also a damn good coach! And recent winners of Boutique Agency Global in the 2024 in the World Luxury Travel Awards whoop whoop!

Our hotel was nestled amongst lush rice fields. As you stepped through the doors you knew this place was magical. You could feel the love that had gone into its creation and I knew we were going to create something special here.
